We can't wait to see you and your guest in Stockholm and Copenhagen in July. Please complete your registration by April 3. Late registrations cannot be guaranteed.
Please complete a registration for every member in your party, including additional children and guests. If you are planning to bring additional guests (parties of 3 or more), or need any additional nights at the hotels please reach out to Laura Urso ASAP to confirm availability.
It is your individual responsibility to research and comply with all immigration requirements for entering and exiting your home country and Sweden/Denmark, as well as any countries you may be transiting through. This includes any necessary permits, visas, or authorization forms. The Company is not responsible for assisting with passport or visa applications, ensuring your travel documents meet requirements, any expenses incurred due to invalid or insufficient travel documents, or missed travel or accommodations resulting from immigration issues. By registering for this event, you agree to bear all costs associated with obtaining proper documentation and that any additional expenses due to travel delays or cancellations caused by insufficient documentation are your responsibility.
American and Canadian citizens will need a passport that is valid for at least 90 days after their return from Europe. Travelers may also need to complete an ETIAS application if the system is in place by July 2025. Travelers connecting in the UK may need an Electronic Travel Authorisation form, and are responsible for determining this based on their own itinerary. We will communicate any updates as we learn of them. We strongly advise checking your passport's validity and applying for any necessary documents well in advance of your departure date.
